Alexandra “Ali” Villecco is a fun-loving NY transplant who lives in Raleigh with her husband and furbaby. She graduated from Sage Graduate School with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and immediately needed to escape the snow!

Ali enjoys turning challenging tasks into fun-filled games and activities, making her a natural at working with the pediatric population. Working with children from ages 5 weeks to 25 years, Ali has helped tackle daily challenges and loves to see her patients reach their goals. She has extensive experience working with pediatric neuroscience, gait mechanics, developmental delays, orthotics and mobility equipment, incoordination, weakness and endurance and a variety of other deficits that your child may be experiencing. Ali excels at creating a meaningful connection with her patients and takes pride in making therapy a fun yet productive experience for each child and their caregivers.
