Allison Baker, PT, DPT – Allison Baker is a Physical Therapist who earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Campbell University. Allison developed an interest in those with disabilities and neurological conditions from a young age, as her twin brother has Cerebral Palsy and benefits from physical therapy. She has worked with those with a variety of conditions including the following; Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Leukodystrophy, chronic pain, developmental delay, Alternating Hemiplegia of Childhood, DMD, SMA, toe-walking, Torticollis, and low muscle tone. She has a special interest in mobility equipment and aquatic therapy. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and a former North Carolina Conclave planning committee member. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, snowboarding, riding horses, being outdoors, attending concerts, and spending time with her family.
