Stephanie Farmer has worked in occupational therapy since 2012, first as a certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA), and now as a registered occupational therapist (OTR) since graduating from Belmont University with her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2024! Stephanie is passionate about helping not only special needs children but their families as well. Her favorite thing about working in pediatrics is being able to see the family unit thrive as a result of the family gaining more understanding of the child and their condition. Stephanie has experience in many pediatric conditions/disorders and also specializes in feeding therapy and mealtime issues and is certified in the Beckman Oral Motor Protocol to provide skilled intervention for feeding and oral motor challenges. Stephanie also holds a child passenger safety technician (CPST) certification with an additional certification in special needs car seats! Stephanie enjoys volunteering at her church, spending time with her husband and three daughters, and loves all things Disney and Goldendoodles!
