Stephanie Farmer has been an occupational therapy assistant since 2012 and has been working in pediatrics since 2015. She is passionate about helping not only special needs children but their families as well. Her favorite thing about working in pediatrics is being able to see the family unit thrive as a result of the family gaining more understanding of the child and their condition. Stephanie has experience in many pediatric conditions/disorders and also specializes in feeding therapy and mealtime issues and is certified in the Beckman Oral Motor Protocol to provide skilled intervention for feeding and oral motor challenges. Stephanie also holds a child passenger safety technician (CPST) certification with an additional certification in special needs car seats! Stephanie is currently in graduate school and will graduate with her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from Belmont University in 2024.
